Ava is Consent Guard AI’s built-in assistant. You will find the “Talk to Ava” concierge on every page of the site and inside your dashboard, so help is always one click away — by typing or by voice.
She is here to make privacy compliance approachable: ask her anything in plain language and she answers conversationally, then points you to the right place if you want the full detail.
What she knows
Ava is grounded in how Consent Guard AI actually works and in these documentation guides — how to set up your banner, read your compliance score, connect integrations, what a scan checks, and how state privacy rules are handled. When your question matches a guide, she gives the short answer and links you to the full walkthrough in Docs.
Inside the dashboard she also knows which page you are on, so she can explain what a scan result, tracker, audit entry, or geo rule means in context and suggest the next action.
How she helps
