Webflow

Embed the banner and Consent Mode signals with a single snippet.

How it works

For Webflow sites, you add one lightweight snippet to your project’s custom code and the banner appears site-wide. It wires up Google Consent Mode v2 automatically, so Google tags adjust their behavior based on the visitor’s choice.

The snippet loads before your other scripts, so trackers embedded through Webflow integrations or custom code stay blocked until consent is granted.

Setting it up

  1. 1Choose Webflow on the Integrations page and copy your install snippet.
  2. 2In Webflow, paste it into Project Settings → Custom Code, in the head section.
  3. 3Publish your Webflow site.
  4. 4Run a scan to confirm the banner loads first and trackers are gated.

How consent flows

  • The snippet initializes Consent Mode v2 in a denied-by-default state.
  • When a visitor opts in, updated consent signals flow to Google and other tags.
  • Choices are logged to your audit ledger.
